Staying Healthy

At MountainOne, we are practicing social distancing between employees, sanitizing surfaces and equipment often, and deep cleaning each evening. We encourage our employees, customers and communities to continue to practice social distancing and heightened hygiene protocol during this time to prevent the spread of germs.

  • Please keep a distance of 6 feet from others
  • If you or a member of your household is sick, please stay home.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

Staying Informed

The top resource for information in the coronavirus in the United States is the website for the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Here you can learn how it spreads, symptoms, prevention, and treatment. The CDC also publishes daily updates on the number and location of confirmed cases in the United States.
