Effective Monday, January 10, our banking lobbies and our lending, insurance and investments offices are temporarily closed to the public. You can visit us at the Drive-Up, schedule an in-person appointment, or call our Customer Care Center at 855.444.6861.

When attending an in-person appointment, we simply ask that you maintain a 6’ distance from others and wear a mask at all times. Don’t have a mask? Just ask!

To keep you safe, MountainOne has a number of safety protocols in place, such as continuing to regularly sanitize shared spaces, providing plexiglass dividers at our service stations, and supplying hand sanitizer for our Mountaineers and guests.

Drive-Up banking services are available at our North Adams, Quincy, Rockland, Scituate and Williamstown locations. Our Pittsfield customers are encouraged to utilize our on-site ATM, or to contact us at 855-444-6861.

Online and Mobile Banking enables customers to check balances, view transaction history, make deposits, conduct internal transfers; make electronic payments to others using our free Person to Person payment tool; pay bills with Bill Pay; and, for approved customers, conduct wires and ACH transactions. Customers can also deposit checks through our Mobile Banking app.

ATM & Debit Cards

Getting your very own MountainOne Debit or ATM card is easy! Simply call us at 855.444.6861. We can produce your card right in the branch! You can either pick it up, or we can mail your card to you within three business days.
