Debit Card Fraud Monitoring protects you with trained analysts watching for suspicious debit card transactions on your behalf 24/7, 365 days a year. When a transaction is not consistent with your usual patterns, you will get a call or text from “Fraud Prevention Department at MountainOne Bank”. You will be contacted immediately by an experienced fraud analyst to verify the authenticity of your card transactions, if warranted. If the transaction is fraudulent, the fraud prevention representative will instruct you to contact MountainOne Bank to begin the paperwork to dispute the transaction. They will also close the card and will continue to monitor your account, any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend!
If your phone number on file with us is a cell phone, you’ll receive a text alert and instructions.
If your phone number is a land line, you’ll receive a voice message alert and instructions.

In order to prevent possible difficulties using your card, it is important that you call us back at your earliest convenience, toll free at (a special phone number will be provided) to verify this activity. You may call us back 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number again is (special phone number will be provided).”
