What changes can I expect?

Rest assured, you now receive the same excellent service from the same familiar faces you know and trust. Anabela, Nicole, and Bethanne will remain at our Longmeadow location. They are joined by Darlene Tebaldi and Shane Ortega, who are ready to assist with all your insurance needs.

As we transition to MountainOne, notice the following updates:

  • New building signage reflecting our new name: MountainOne Insurance.
  • All correspondence, such as letters and emails, feature the MountainOne name and logo and originate from a MountainOne mailing address.
  • When you call us at Longmeadow, your call is directed to a MountainOne Insurance customer service representative

  • Stevenson & Company, founded in 1867, and Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan & Collins Insurance Agency, founded in 1927, combined to create MountainOne Insurance in 2014.
  • Bardwell, Bowlby & Karam Insurance Agency founded in 1916, and Colt Insurance Agency, founded in 1936, acquired by CIA Insurance Agency, Inc. dba Cross Insurance – Pittsfield in 2016.
