BANK CUTOFF TIMES
Wire, ACH, Remote Capture and Mobile deposits will still be processed on Christmas Eve. Please note the following cutoff times for Christmas Eve.
Wire and ACH transactions must be submitted by 12:00 pm on December 24 in order to be processed that day. Requests received via Digital Banking after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next business day: Thursday, December 26.
Remote, ATM and Mobile Deposits must be submitted by 12:00 pm on December 24 in order to be processed that day. Deposits made after 12:00 pm will be reviewed and processed on the next business day: Thursday, December 26.
A friendly reminder to customers using our Positive Pay feature to be sure to review and decision any exceptions before the normal 12 pm cutoff on December 24. If exceptions are not decisioned by 12 pm, the items will be returned unpaid.
