MountainOne Announces Employee Career Advancements

North Adams, MA – MountainOne, a full service financial institution headquartered in the Berkshires with offices on Boston’s South Shore, is proud to announce the promotions of six valued employees.

MountainOne Bank Employee Promotions:

Lucille Weare

Lucille Weare has been appointed Vice President, Branch Operations Liaison Officer. In this newly created role, Lucille will be responsible for developing and implementing policy and operational procedures throughout MountainOne’s branch network.  She will also manage the operational training for all frontline branch staff, as well as being the Community Banking liaison with both the Deposit Operations and IT teams.

Randy BurdickRandy Burdick has been promoted to Regional Community Banking Officer—Berkshires. In his new role, Randy will manage the Community Banking Officers in Berkshire County, as well as the overall performance of Community Banking in the Berkshires as it relates to deposit growth, operational efficiency, and community engagement. He will be hands on in each of the Berkshire branches to help support MountainOne’s strategy for growth, the development of staff, as well as driving operational and customer service excellence in the Berkshires.

Jacob PhillipsJacob Phillips has joined MountainOne’s Commercial Lending team after previously serving as the Community Banking Officer at MountainOne’s Williamstown branch. Jake’s initial focus as a new Commercial Loan Officer will be to oversee a portion of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio and support the Berkshire based commercial lending team of Steve Munger and Dick Kelly. With a history of extensive involvement in the local community, and with the support of the Community Banking teams in the Berkshires, Jake’s responsibilities will include growing relationships with local businesses.

Erik RayErik Ray has been promoted to Community Banking Officer of our flagship office in North Adams. Erik will be responsible for the management of the North Adams team and will focus on overall customer growth, operations, and community engagement in the North Adams market.

Sara ArguetaSara Argueta has been promoted to Community Banking Officer in our Williamstown branch. In her new role, Sara will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Williamstown branch and team members, as well as being a point person for community engagement in the Williamstown market.

Erin GalvinErin Galvin has been promoted to Community Banking Officer in our Quincy branch. Erin will manage the Quincy team and be responsible for overall customer growth, operations, and community engagement in the Quincy market.
