Donna joined MountainOne Insurance in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance. As Senior Vice President and Commercial Lines Operations Manager, Donna oversees the Service Operations in the Commercial Insurance Department. She is a Licensed Insurance Broker and maintains her Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Insurance Services Representative, and Certified Risk Manager designations. In the community, Donna serves as President for the local PEO International, Chapter T, in Pittsfield and she also assists with the Dalton Council on Aging Sunday Meals program.
