Linda Gaspardi Febles

Linda joined MountainOne Insurance in 1999 and has over 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a special focus on construction and contractor firms, as well as the not-for-profit industry. As Vice President, she manages a portfolio of business clients, provides risk management strategies and insurance protection plans, and attracts new clients to the agency. Linda holds a Massachusetts Insurance Producer license for property and casualty insurance, has earned the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist Designation (CRIS), holds her Certified Professional Insurance Agent disignation (CPIA), and is a Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW). In the community, Linda serves as Chairman of The Brien Center for Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services and AdLib Boards of Directors. She also serves as a member of the Boards of Directors for Berkshire County Kids Place and The Berkshire Family YMCA. She is a Corporator for the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts Foundation and a member of Berkshire Business and Professional Women. She also was honored as a recipient of the Dr. David B. Kagan award for Outstanding Community Service.
