Digital Banking Service Outage

Offline 5:00pm on Friday, October 6 – 8:00am on Tuesday, October 10

Our team will be working diligently over Columbus Day Weekend to prepare for launch. To ensure a smooth transition, we will need to take our current system offline as we replace our old digital systems with our new, omni-channel “Digital Banking Experience.”

During this outage, the following digital services will be unavailable:

  • Online & Mobile Banking
  • Internal & External Transfers, Mobile Deposits, ACH, Wires, and tax payments
  • Bill Pay Service (beginning 5:00pm on Wednesday October 4)
  • Debit Card On/Off
  • Quicken and QuickBooks

SPECIAL HOURS: Upcoming Holiday & Employee Event. In observance of Labor Day, all MountainOne offices will be closed Monday, September 2. All MountainOne offices will close early on Thursday, September 5 at 12:30 pm so our Mountaineers can attend our annual ‘All Mountaineer’ companywide event. Normal business hours will resume on September 6. As always, digital banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
